  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. shortening
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Combine flour and salt; cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

    Combine egg yolk and milk and add to flour mixture.

    Stir just until dough clings together.

    Divide dough in half.

    On lightly floured surface, roll half the dough into a 15 x 10-inch baking pan; set aside.
