  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 3 c. chopped uncooked apples

Directions

    Mix together oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

    Stir in the combined dry ingredients.

    Fold in apples and nuts.

    Bake in greased tube pan at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
