  • 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 3 c. chopped apples
  • 1/2 c. raisins (optional)

Directions

    Spray Bundt pan with no stick cooking spray.

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Combine oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla; mix well.

    Sift flour, soda and salt.

    Beat to a cream mixture; fold in apples, nuts and raisins. Batter will be thick.

    Bake 1 hour or until cake tester comes out clean.
