  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/2 to 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 3 c. raw apples, chopped

Directions

    Mix well the oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla.

    Add flour and fold in 1/2 to 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans.

    Add in chopped raw apples. Bake at 350° in a tube pan for 1 hour or until done.
