- 3 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. butter flavored oil (Redenbacher's popcorn oil)
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. coconut
- 3 c. diced apples (Roman)
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine eggs, sugar and oil. Sift together flour, cinnamon, soda and salt. Combine these two together. Add coconut, apples, nuts and vanilla. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 45 minutes. Make holes in cake for icing.
