  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 c. self-rising flour
  • 3 c. chopped nuts
  • 3 c. chopped apples

Directions

    Beat eggs and oil; mix well.

    Add sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Gradually add flour until all is well blended.

    Stir in apples and nuts.

    Bake in well greased and floured pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325°.
