  • 4 c. diced apples
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix apples and sugar and let stand for a little while.

    Mix dry ingredients together and combine with apples and sugar; add eggs, oil, vanilla and nuts.

    Mix well.

    Pour into a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for about 50 minutes.
