  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • apples

Directions

    Peel and core apples; slice into a pie pan until heaping. Cover with sugar.

    Mix the flour, brown sugar and butter until like corn meal.

    Dump over the apples and sugar.

    Bake at 350° until the top mixture has made into a light crust.

    Makes 8 servings.
