  • 5 Winesap apples
  • 1 (10 ct.) can biscuits

Directions

    Peel apples, cut in halves and core.

    Roll out biscuits until thin.

    Wrap each half in a biscuit.

    Place in a baking dish.

    In boiler, heat 2 cups water, 2 cups sugar, 1 stick oleo and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

    Heat until margarine is melted.

    Pour over apples.

    Bake at 325° to 400° for 45 minutes.

    Baste with juice every 15 minutes.
