  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1- 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1- 20 oz. can apple pie filling

    Beat together eggs, oil, and sugar. Sift together flour, cinnamon, soda and salt. Stir

    all together. Gently fold pie filling. Pour into 13 x 9 cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
