- 1 stick margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/3 c. buttermilk
- 2 c. chopped apples
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Melt margarine in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

3In a pot, boil sugar and water until sugar is melted. Make dough and roll out in a round piece about 1/2-inch thick. Put apples and cinnamon on dough and roll into a roll; cut into 2-inch pieces.

4Place into dish with melted butter.

5Pour sugar water over rolls and bake about 30 minutes.
