- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Use favorite 2 crust pie pastry recipe. Divide into number of apples. Roll out.

2Place apple in center.

3Spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar-cinnamon mixture into the cavity of pared, cored apple.

4Dot with butter.

5Wrap and seal.

6Place in baking dish in a 375° oven.
