- 5 medium apples (tart), peeled and quartered
- 1 can Butter-Me-Not canned biscuits
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. apple pie spice
Directions

1Roll biscuits until thin.

2Cut in half.

3Use 1/4 apple.

4Roll in biscuit half.

5Place in baking dish, cut side down, close but not touching.

6Using a saucepan, mix sugar, margarine, water, lemon juice and pie spices.

7Boil for 3 minutes.

8Pour over apples and biscuits.

9Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
