- 6 apples, peeled and cored
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. butter
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- pie dough for a 2 crust pie
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Roll out pie dough.

2Cut dough to fit each apple.

3Put 1 tablespoon sugar in center of each apple, along with a dot of margarine and cinnamon.

4Wrap apple in pie dough.

5Place in pan big enough to hold 6 apples.

6Combine water, margarine and sugar in saucepan.

7Heat until sugar is dissolved.

8Pour syrup over apples and bake at 425° for 35 to 40 minutes.
