- 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 1 c. whipping cream

2Combine apricots, sugar, vanilla, extract and dash of salt.

3Whip cream until custardlike; fold into apricot mixture.

4Turn into a 3-cup refrigerator tray; freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
