   grate and press out excess juice green apple

   add hotdog relish and garlic salad dressing mix well

   THINLY NET EGG ROLL

   beat eggs then pour into fennel and quick swirl any which ways till looks like a net

   let eggs set then off heat and turn over on plate

   TO SERVE

   put 2 tbsp of mix apple fillings then wrap like a burrito and serve immediately
