- 1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling
- 12 (8 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2/3 c. butter or oleo
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Mix cinnamon with apple pie filling after mashing pie filling with a potato masher.

2Spoon pie filling evenly down centers of tortillas.

3Roll up and place seam down in 13 x 9-inch pan.

4Bring butter, sugar, and water to a boil and boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

5Pour over enchiladas and let stand for 30 minutes. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
