- 1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling
- 6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. apple juice or water
Directions

1Spoon filling evenly down center of each tortilla; sprinkle evenly with cinnamon.

2Roll up and place, seam side down, in a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.

3Bring butter, sugars and apple juice to a boil in saucepan.

4Reduce heat and simmer, stirring, for 3 minutes.

5Pour over enchiladas.

6Let stand for 30 minutes.

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
