- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. finely chopped apples
- 3 pkg. Equal
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla/butternut flavoring
- 2 tsp. Hi-Energy Vanilla Supplement
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1 piece diet bread
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except apples, Hi-Energy Vanilla Supplement and bread together thoroughly.

2Tear bread into tiny pieces and soak in mixture.

3Add apples (or other fruit).

4Stir and drop by tablespoons into hot Teflon skillet with 1 teaspoon oil; cook until brown.

5Remove from pan and sprinkle with vanilla supplement.
