- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 medium apples, cored and cut in eighths
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/3 c. apple juice
- 4 pork loin chops (1/2-inch thick), fat trimmed
Directions

1You will need one Reynolds large oven bag.

2Preheat oven to 350°.

3Shake flour in oven bag; place in 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Add onion soup mix, honey and apple juice to bag;

4squeeze bag to blend in flour.

5Add pork chops and apples to bag.

6Turn bag to coat ingredients with sauce.

7Arrange pork chops in even layer in bag with apples around pork chops.

8Close bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2-inch slits in top.

9Bake until pork chops are tender, 35 minutes.
