  • 1 envelope gelatin, unflavored (1 Tbsp.)
  • 1 cup rome apples or 1 cup fuji apple, unpared, diced
  • 14 cup water
  • 12 cup red grapes, halved and seeded
  • 1 12 cups apple juice
  • 14 cup celery, chopped

Directions

    Soften gelatin in water for 5 minutes.

    Heat gelatin over low heat, stirring constantly, until dissolved.

    Add apple juice.

    Chill until mixture begins to thicken.

    Stir in fruit and celery.

    Pour into 3 cup mold.
