  • 1 1/3 c. pastry or cake flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. milk
