  • 2-1/2 cups water
  • 1/3 cup MINUTE Tapioca
  • 4 medium apples, peeled, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon zest
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

    Mix water and tapioca in medium bowl.

    Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients in large skillet.

    Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring frequently.

    Reduce heat to low; cover.
