- 5 c. prepared apple juice
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1 pkg. pectin
- 7 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Measure apple juice and lemon juice into 6-quart pan.

2Add pectin to fruit juice.

3Stir thoroughly to dissolve and scrape sides of pan to make sure all pectin dissolves.

4Bring to a boil, stirring to prevent scorching.

5Add sugar and mix well.

6Continue stirring and bring to full rolling boil.

7Remove jelly from heat and pour into containers.

8Seal with USDA Boil Water Bath or paraffin.

9Makes about 4 (8 ounce) jars.
