Apple Liver Delight

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 pkg. beef bouillon
  • 2 oz. onions, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • dash of pepper
  • 16 oz. liver
  • 1 Golden Delicious apple

Directions

    Mix water, bouillon, onions, celery, soy sauce and pepper. Cook in Teflon frypan until celery is tender.

    Set vegetables to one side of the pan and quickly brown liver on both sides.

    Core apple; do not peel and cut into slices.

    Place apples on top of liver.

    Cover pan.

    Cook until apple is tender.

    Serves 2.
