  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. chopped, unpeeled apples
