  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. peeled, chopped apples
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
