  • 1 c. Crisco oil
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Add apples and pecans last. Let stand 15 minutes before pouring into angel food cake pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
