  • 17 oz. jar Marshmallow Creme
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1 c. peeled, finely shredded apples
  • 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. chopped walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

    Combine Marshmallow Creme, vanilla and lemon juice, mixing with wire whisk until well blended.

    Add eggs and margarine; mix well.

    Stir in combined apples, sugar, nuts and flour.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°, continuing to bake for 45 minutes or until top is firm.
