- 1 c. peeled, chopped apples
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 pkg. apple-cinnamon muffin mix (I like Martha White brand)
- 1 jar caramel topping (warm)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Grease a 9-inch square cake pan.

3Beat egg and milk in a large bowl.

4Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

5Pour into prepared pan.

6Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
