  • 2 pkg. apple-cinnamon muffin mix (I like Martha White brand)
  • 1 jar caramel topping (warm)

Directions

    Grease a 9-inch square cake pan.

    Beat egg and milk in a large bowl.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into prepared pan.
