Apple Pancake

- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 egg
- 1 1/3 c. Bisquick
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 c. milk
- 2 apples, peeled and cut in thin slices, sprinkled with cinnamon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Add the apple slices to a 10-inch skillet with butter in it.

3Pour the batter over the center of apples (it won't cover all the apples or go to edges of skillet). Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

4It should be golden brown and have reached the sides of the skillet.

5After it's done, place a plate over the skillet and turn the pancake out on the plate.

6Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon and serve with maple syrup.
