  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs.
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. peeled chopped apples
  • 1/4 tsp. soda
  • 1/4 c. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
  • 1/2 c. chopped dates
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Blend sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla well with electric mixer. Stir in dry sifted ingredients and mix well.

    Bake in greased and floured 8 cup Bundt pan Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
