- 1 unbaked deep pie shell
- 6 apples, sliced
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, slightly soft
- 1 c. flour
Directions

1Place apples in shell.

2(Apples need to be stacked high as after cooking, they will settle to the crust.)

3Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over apples.

4Make a crumb mixture of brown sugar, butter and flour.

5Pat this over top of apples.

6Bake 20 minutes at 400° to 425°.

7Turn oven to 350° and bake for 30 minutes more.
