- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 5 or 6 apples (Rome is very good), sliced and peeled
- double pie shell, uncooked
Directions

1Toss first 4 ingredients together and then fold in sliced, peeled apples.

2Place in a pie shell and dot with 6 small dots of butter.

3Put on top crust.

4Place slits in top and sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 450° for 5 minutes, then at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
