Apple Pie Cheesecake

Ingredients

• Crust:
• 1 1/3 C. Graham cracker crumbs
• 1 stick Butter, softened or melted
• 1/4 C Sugar
• 1/4 t Vanilla
• Filling:
• 8 oz. Cream Cheese
• 2 Eggs
• 1 t Vanilla
• 1-2 T Flour
• 4 C Sliced apples (3 Granny Smith)
• 1/2 C Sugar
• 2 - 3 t Cinnamon
• Topping:
• 1/2 C Apricot preserves
• 2 T Water
• 1/4 C sliced almonds (can be toasted)
