  • 2 teaspoons canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 Weight Watchers cheddar cheese sticks, finely chopped
  • 12 mini phyllo shells (such as Athens)

    Combine apple, juice, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl; toss to coat. Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Add oil; swirl to coat. Add apple mixture; cover and cook 5 minutes or until apple is tender, stirring occasionally. Add honey; cook, uncovered, 1 minute. Divide cheese evenly among phyllo cups; top evenly with apple mixture. Serve warm.
