- pastry for 9-inch 2 crust pie
- 20 Equal packets
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 ??? nutmeg
- 1/2 ??? cinnamon
- dash of salt
- 6 to 8 c. sliced tart apples
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2In a mixing bowl, combine Equal, flour, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt.

3Add dry mixture to apples and toss. Fill pastry-lined pie plate with apple mixture; dot with margarine.

4Cover with top crust.

5Seal, flute edges and cut slits on the top crust.

6Bake 15 minutes at 425°, then bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
