- 6 c. tart apples
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
- 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Core and slice apples.

2Combine cinnamon and cornstarch and stir into apple juice concentrate.

3Heat in pan, stirring until thickened.

4Stir in apples, nuts and raisins.

5Prepare two 9-inch crusts for pie.

6Spoon apple mixture into crust and dot with margarine.

7Put on top crusts and cut slits in it.

8Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
