  • 7 qt. raw diced apples
  • 1 c. cornstarch
  • 4 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. apple pie spice
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice (add after mixture is thick)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 10 c. water

Directions

    Fill 7 quart jars with diced apples.

    Combine all other ingredients and boil until thickened, then add lemon juice. Pour over diced apples.

    Allow 1-inch headspace.

    Process in hot water bath for 20 minutes.
