- 7 qt. raw diced apples
- 1 c. cornstarch
- 4 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. apple pie spice
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice (add after mixture is thick)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 10 c. water
Directions

1Fill 7 quart jars with diced apples.

2Combine all other ingredients and boil until thickened, then add lemon juice. Pour over diced apples.

3Allow 1-inch headspace.

4Process in hot water bath for 20 minutes.
