  • 1 c. cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. apple spice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 10 c. water

    Boil until little thick.

    Pour over apples in jar.

    This will do 7 quarts.

    Do not pack apples too tight so filling will go in jars.

    Pressure cook 10 to 15 minutes at 5 pounds pressure.
