Apple Pie Parfaits

  • 1 whole Gala Apple, Cored, Peeled And Thinly Sliced
  • 1/2 cups Apple Cider
  • 1 whole Cinnamon Stick
  • 1/4 Tablespoons Nutmeg
  • 6 ounces, weight Light Vanilla Yogurt
  • 4 Tablespoons Chopped Walnuts

Directions

    Place apples, cider, cinnamon stick and nutmeg in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until apples are soft and liquid starts to thicken (about 20 minutes). Remove cinnamon stick and discard.

    Place 1/4 of the yogurt, 1/4 of the apple and syrup, and 1/4 of the walnuts into each serving glass. Repeat layers. Serve while apples are still warm or refrigerate before serving.
