- 3 c. sliced peeled apples
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Pour sugar over sliced apples and let set 15 minutes.

2Add eggs to apple and sugar mixture.

3Blend oil into mixture.

4Sift flour, soda and salt, then add slowly to apple mixture and mix well.

5Add vanilla and nuts.

6Pour into a greased Bundt pan.

7Bake at 350° for one hour or until brown.

8Yield: 12 servings.
