- 3 big McIntosh apples
- 1 can condensed milk
- same equal amount regular milk
- 3 eggs, separated
Directions

1Core and peel apples; slice in thin rounds.

2Separate the eggs.

3Blend the yolks, milk and slowly the condensed milk until well blended.

4In a greased pan, arrange one layer of sliced apples; pour over custard.

5Put in oven for 30 minutes at 350° or until custard is solid.

6Take from oven and beat egg whites until stiff.

7Add sugar.

8Pile on top of pudding.

9Put in oven until browned.
