  • 3 big McIntosh apples
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • same equal amount regular milk
  • 3 eggs, separated

Directions

    Core and peel apples; slice in thin rounds.

    Separate the eggs.

    Blend the yolks, milk and slowly the condensed milk until well blended.

    In a greased pan, arrange one layer of sliced apples; pour over custard.

    Put in oven for 30 minutes at 350° or until custard is solid.

    Take from oven and beat egg whites until stiff.

    Add sugar.

    Pile on top of pudding.

    Put in oven until browned.

    Serve warm or chilled.
