Apple Pudding Sauce

Directions

   In baking dish, layer sides and bottom with vanilla wafers, then one layer of apple sauce and one layer vanilla wafers until dish is full.

   Pour pudding mix in dish, over cookies and applesauce.

   Take a fork, loosen up and let the mixture go through. Beat egg white until fluffy and place on top.

   Bake in oven at 350° until brown (it browns fast).
