- 4 None apples, cored and thinly sliced into rings
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 7 oz marzipan, grated
- 1 1/2 cups creme fraiche
- 1 pkg (16 oz) frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed for 10 mins and cut into 10 rough ovals
- 1/2 cup quince jelly
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 425°F. Sprinkle the apples with the lemon juice. Beat the marzipan with an electric mixer, gradually beating in the creme fraiche until smooth.

2Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and place the pastry ovals on them. Spread with the marzipan mixture and top with the apple rings. Bake for 20-25 mins until golden.

3Warm the quince jelly in a small saucepan and spread over the apple puffs. Cool on a wire rack.
