  • 32 oz. bottle apple juice, chilled
  • 12 oz. can frozen cranberry cocktail concentrate
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 1 1/2 qt. ginger ale or champagne, chilled
  • 1 red apple (do not core)

Directions

    In large punch bowl, combine apple juice, cranberry cocktail and orange juice.

    Stir to dissolve.

    Slowly add ginger ale or champagne.

    Vertically, thinly slice apple, forming whole apple slices.

    Float apple slices on top of punch.

    Makes 3 quarts.
