- 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 1 cup Celery, Sliced Then Chopped Into Small Pieces
- 1 cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper
- 2 cups Cubed Honey Crisp Apples
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Sage, Finely Chopped (dry Sage Works Too!)
- 10 ounces, weight Stuffing Mix

1To make in the oven (browned and crispier bread toppings!):

2Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray an oven safe baking dish and set aside.

3In a large casserole, melt butter. Add celery, bell pepper and apples. Season with salt and pepper and saute for about 5 minutes. Add chicken broth and sage, stir to combine.

4Remove from heat, add stuffing mix and gently fold to combine. Transfer to the baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
