Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 c. diced, unpeeled apples
  • 1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. whipped topping

Directions

    Combine pineapple and sugar; bring to a boil.

    Boil 3 minutes. Add gelatin; stir until dissolved.

    Add cream cheese and stir until mixture is combined.

    Cool and fold in next 4 ingredients. Pour into dish and chill.
