Ingredients

  • 4 apples, cut into chunks
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 1 c. chopped salted nuts
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar or apple cider

Directions

    Drain pineapple juice and add to it flour mixed with sugar. Beat in egg and cider vinegar or cider.

    Cook until thick.

    Cool. Add to apple chunks, pineapple and nuts.

    Mix well.
