  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 c. chopped apples
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels

Directions

    Combine oil, eggs and sugar in a large bowl.

    Stir well. Combine soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; add pecans, half of morsels and apples.

    Spread in a greased 12 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

    Sprinkle remaining butterscotch morsels on top.

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Bake 55 to 60 minutes.
